Progress of Pippi painting

Here is the painting og my cat Pippi in it's current state and a picture of another painting I have made. Besides that there is a photo of a butterfly I have tried to catch for some years and yesterday I finally managed. Please keep in mind that the Pippi painting isn't completed:

The second painting is inspired by Mondrian, but I thought it could do with some life so I put in a butterfly. I wonder what Mondiran would have said about that smiley
